REGULATIONS 

1- Athletes must be over 18 years old, provided with ability medical certificate to sporting –agonistic activities, released by a sport medical centre and must be member of  F.S.A., F.I.D.A.L., F.I.S.I. or equivalent federation for foreigners.

 2- The race will take place on mountain pathways along a demanding route so that a good preparation, training and prudence are required.

 3- The whole of the route will be signed with specific marks, flags and tapes. Check-points will be settled in the most important areas.

 4- Athletes giving up the race, must immediately communicate it to the closest check-point by showing their assigned pectoral number.

 5- Athletes not following the official route will be penalized.

 6- The pectoral number must be visible during the whole race.

 7- Penalties from 5 up to 10 minutes are foreseen for Athletes throwing away glasses, bottles etc… outside the delimited areas of the refreshment points, and for those who will not follow safety rules. It is recommended not to throw anything away from the route in order to help cleaning operations.

 8- In case of  bad weather the race will take place on an alternative route. The organizational committee can decide, in case of unusual bad weather conditions, to stop the race: in this case, the race placing-list will be draw up based on the last check-point passing by.

 9- Eventual claims must get to the committee judges within 30 minutes after issuing the final placing-list results and must be forwarded along with a 50 Euros fee which can be returned only after accepting the claim.

PRIVACY LAW

I here-by authorize the “Gruppo Sportivo Podistica Cannobio” to collect and use my personal data as per law 675 31/12/1996 and only concerning its activity purposes.

I expressively forbid their divulgation. It is agreed that whenever I want I can get them cancelled.

DECLARATION OF RISK ASSUMPTION AND RESPONSABILITIES EXEMPTION

After carefully looking at the regulations, being informed about the technical difficulties of this route and being aware of the risks to my personal safety ,

I HERE-BY DECLARE that I expressively exempt the organizational committee “G.S. Podistica Cannobio” and its Race Manager concerning any responsibility for damages to things and persons including personal injuries and/or death. I MOREOVER DECLARE  to undertake total and absolute responsibility about damages that I may cause to persons and/or their belongings during the contest.
